Intern Strategist , Asia (Funded)

About: the ARX COLLECTIVE is an experimental literature portal of uncut voices in justice, sustainability, and the human condition. Funded by HEALCITY and Empire 72, it is an open platform for global readers and selectively publishes through intern writers as well as an international competition.

Mission: the Intern Strategist will optimize impact of ARX publications in the Asia-Pacific region through devising and executing multiple, simultaneous dissemination strategies. Measurable outcomes include: number of readers reached; volume of readers responses received; number of media references.

Selection Criteria: Mandarin essential. Ability to connect with and communicate ARX COLLECTIVE themes (see Application Procedures below). Previous volunteer or intern experience with ARX COLLECTIVE, including HEALCITY, Empire 72, or APEX is a definite asset. ARX COLLECTIVE is an equitable opportunities employer and actively welcomes applications from persons living with disabilities, challenging life experiences, or of a visible minority. Paid employees of HEALCITY or Empire 72 are ineligible for funded opportunities.

Empire 72 [EQUILIBRIUM] Global Grant Team

About: Empire 72, together with Healcity offers an annual, global $2,000 USD grant to all charitable initiatives and projects (registered or not). The specific focus is on disadvantaged populations; hard-to-reach regions; and undercurrent & unfunded causes.

Mission: the [EQUILIBRIUM] team member will scout and liaise with global applicant organizations, teams, and individuals whose projects can maximize impact of the grant – in order to fulfill the mission of providing [EQUILIBRIUM] as a minimum-barrier program.

Selection Criteria: Foreign language and lived experience internationally are definite assets. This position welcomes APEX Scholars.

Mission: the Editing Team Intern will assist in finalizing published works on the ARX COLLECTIVE portal in preparation for the launch of the International Writing & Open Grant Competition.

About: APEX is a non-profit youth leadership and community service program offering meaningful opportunities, mentoring, and university planning for high school students. Funded by HEALCITY and Empire 72, APEX also provides an annual small-grant to secondary school students and the APEX Medal.

Mission: the non-profit start-up team member will help launch a secondary registered charity for youth and young professionals to practice real-world leadership skills and experience with bureaucratic processes

As part of our health-area expansion, we are currently seeking entry-level researchers for our start-up team

Mission: the Intern Researcher will analyze and systematically document information from traditional medicinal texts for a collective database.
